
Day One
- Consume only fruit, but eat as much as you want. Have apples, berries, watermelon, pears, cherries etc. but NO bananas
Day Two
- Drink all the herbal tea- chamomile, raspberry, spearmint- you want. If you sweeten it use pure maple syrup.
Day Three
- eat all the vegetables you want- either raw, steamed, or both.
Day Four
- make a pan of vegetable broth using cauliflower, cabbage, onion, green pepper, parsley or whatever vegetables you have on hand. Season with sea salt. Drink only this mineral-rich broth all day.
The reason this diet is beneficial on a number of fronts. On the first day, the colon is cleansed. On day two you release toxins, salt and excessive calcium deposits in the muscle, tissue and organs. On the third day the digestive tract is supplied with healthful, mineral-rich bulk. Finally, on day four, the blood, lymph and organs are mineralized.
Drink only pure water or herbal teas throughout the four days.
