Margie Cook is a Registered Holistic Nutritionist (RHN) and Orthomolecular Health Practitioner (ROHP). Prior to becoming a nutritionist, she worked in the event planning business and ran her own catering company. She is also a proud mother and resident chef to four-year-old twins. Margie draws on her lifelong love of healthy and delicious food to help clients stay in balance through proper nutrition and a health-conscious lifestyle.
As a holistic health practitioner, Margie applies a whole-body, whole-mind strategy to optimize your wellbeing. Through simple and incremental changes in diet, movement, and lifestyle, clients will experience significant and lasting improvements in their health. Margie’s goal is to improve overall quality of life—not just by remedying short-term or chronic symptoms, but by addressing the root causes of ailments and working to heal the components of client’s lives that are resulting in discomfort, imbalance or disharmony.
